Ün Modern Living is a space that combines good design, respect for the environment and the experience of being a local.
Its design was thought so that humans, nature and the community live in harmony, that is, they coexist. This is the reason for its name, which comes from the word "unity" and which refers to the curves that predominate in its architecture.
The tower consists of: 6 levels, 1 parking level, 28 apartments, 3 penthouses, amenities, elevator and more.
It also has landscaping inspired by the natural landscapes of the Mexican jungles and a very fresh atmosphere, where there is a constant
flow of air and natural light inside as if the tower were breathing called the core.

In compliance with Mexican standard NOM-247-SE-2021, RE/MAX Sunset Eagle, also known as Sunset Eagle, S.A. de C.V., informs its clients, prospects and consumers that transactions involving residential real estate must be carried out using payment methods that are clear, verifiable and agreed in writing by the parties beforehand.
Payments arising from a purchase, reservation, down payment, advance, instalments, final settlement, administrative fees or any other item related to the real estate transaction must be made solely through the channels authorised and communicated to the consumer in writing.
Accepted payment methods
Unless the applicable contractual documents state otherwise, payment may be made by any of the following:
- Domestic bank transfer, via SPEI or electronic transfer to the bank account authorised for the transaction.
- International bank transfer, where the buyer is abroad or uses funds from a foreign bank account, provided the applicable banking, tax and anti-money-laundering requirements are met.
- Nominative cheque, subject to prior authorisation and to the funds being effectively cleared and confirmed in the corresponding account.
- Payment with the buyer's own funds, according to the payment schedule agreed in the offer, purchase application, promise agreement, purchase agreement or applicable legal instrument.
- Mortgage or external financing, where the buyer chooses to acquire the property through a bank, institutional or other financial-entity loan, subject to loan approval and to the conditions set by the granting institution.
- Direct seller financing, only where expressly authorised and agreed in writing. In that case the consumer will be informed of the interest rate, total annual cost, fees, insurance, coverage and any other applicable financial conditions.
Payment plans
Payment plans vary by property according to the type of transaction, stage of the development, price, availability, down-payment percentage, requested term and the commercial conditions in force at the time of negotiation.
Any payment plan must be set out in writing and state at least:
- The total price of the property.
- The reservation, advance or down-payment amount, where applicable.
- Payment dates and amounts.
- The agreed currency.
- The bank account authorised to receive payments.
- The consequences of default or late payment.
- The conditions for deed execution, delivery or possession of the property.
- Where applicable, penalties, default interest or liquidated damages previously accepted by the parties.
Payment confirmation
Every payment must be evidenced by the consumer by sending the corresponding bank receipt. Submitting the receipt does not by itself mean the payment is confirmed; a payment is considered received only once the funds are effectively reflected and available in the authorised bank account.
Security and prevention
For the consumer's protection, payments made to personal accounts, unauthorised accounts, unidentified third parties, or through channels not formally communicated in writing will not be recognised.
The company may also request additional documentation to complete the client file and to comply with the applicable tax, banking, notarial and anti-money-laundering provisions.
Consumer transparency
Before signing any contract, the consumer is entitled to be informed clearly and comprehensibly of the payment methods and plans available, as well as the economic conditions applicable to the real estate transaction.
